Weekly Acitivites

Our activities are free of charge but we don't say no to any contribution you might want to make.




06:00 - 08:30: yoga, meditation, morning ceremony and ritual rice-breakfast.
09:00 - 10:00 and 10:00 - 11:00: meditation and yoga.

You can join us for meditation at 9:00 or 10:00. You can leave at 9:00 or 10:00.


Tuesday     06:00 - 07:30
Thursday    06:00 - 07:30

You can begin or end the meditation every half hour.


Please note: no meditations on February 4,6, and 8!

Relax and Calm Down


Wednesday 18:00 - 19:00

Having faced the challenges of daily life we allow ourselves an hour of relaxation to sharpen our awareness.

Following some physical exercises to calm down we meditate for half an hour.


Discussion Group: Meditation and Daily Life


on second Saturday every month from 4:00 to 15:30

The discussion group meets every second Saturday of the month. After a short meditation we discuss a text on subjects concerning meditation in daily life. We speak from the heart and respect each other through listening attentively.
